These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and plea8 (hereinafter referred to as "plea8", "we", "us", or "the Company") in relation to your access and use of the online gaming platform accessible at https://plea8.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering on, depositing into, or otherwise using the plea8 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on plea8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. plea8 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with internationally recognised standards for casino and sports betting activities. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.
2. You must be acting as a natural person on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not hold an existing active or suspended Account on the plea8 Platform.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of plea8 or any of its affiliate or subsidiary companies.
5. You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or any subsequent use.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or suspension imposed by plea8 or any affiliated gaming operator.
7. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms.
• Your registered name, date of birth, and address correspond to those on your valid government-issued identification documents.
• You will update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. plea8 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify plea8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. plea8 may, at its discretion, freeze an Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

plea8 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate account funding. Currently accepted deposit channels include: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH, and USDT.

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• plea8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally reflected in your Account balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfer or FPX transactions.
• plea8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• All deposits must originate from funds legally owned by the Player. plea8 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls and reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds.

Withdrawals from your plea8 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal. plea8 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing verification obligations.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (anti-money laundering requirement).
• Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically completed within 30 minutes to 4 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• plea8 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours for bank transfer methods may be processed on the next available business day.

plea8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and are governed by these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Certain bonuses are restricted to new registrations; others are available to existing Players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not claimed within the promotional period and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time.
• Abuse Prevention: plea8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion between Players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances may be voided.
• No Cash Value: Bonus funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Platform's withdrawal process once wagering requirements are met.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activities conducted on the plea8 Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be modified or cancelled after submission except where explicitly permitted (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• plea8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — including incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or technical faults — regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the decision of plea8's trading team is final and binding, subject only to the formal disputes process.
• Bets placed using funds suspected to be derived from criminal activity will be voided and reported to relevant authorities.
• plea8 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day, as published in the Platform's betting rules. Bets exceeding stated limits may be reduced or refused.
• For live sports betting markets, plea8 may suspend a market or void bets at short notice if live data feeds are disrupted or if a significant event (e.g., a red card in football, a wicket in cricket) occurs prior to market suspension.
• Participation in games or sports betting requires an adequate Account balance to cover the full stake at the time of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plea8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and are void.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or other systematic approaches designed primarily to harvest bonuses rather than for genuine gaming entertainment.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of the Platform in furtherance of criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from fraudulent payment instruments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing plea8 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

plea8 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. All Players are subject to identity verification requirements, which must be completed before processing any withdrawal.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed scan or photograph of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Telekom Malaysia), bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the document.
• Source of Funds (where required): Documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds used for deposits, requested at plea8's discretion for high-value transactions.

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. plea8 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software;
• Use plea8's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without express written permission;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of plea8's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, plea8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Losses resulting from interruption, suspension, or cessation of the Platform or any of its Services;
• Losses arising from technical faults, system errors, or third-party service failures;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform;
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

plea8's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

plea8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or inaccurate information at registration;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation;
• Protection of plea8's operational integrity or the safety of other Players.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting plea8 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out following successful identity verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

In cases of Account termination due to breach of these Terms, plea8 reserves the right to void and forfeit all or part of the Account balance, particularly where the balance includes funds derived from prohibited conduct or bonus abuse.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which plea8 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licensing framework.

Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to submit a written complaint to plea8's support team. plea8 undertakes to investigate all complaints fairly and to respond within 10 business days.

For Malaysian players: While plea8 serves Malaysian users, the Platform is operated under international offshore licensing and is not subject to Malaysian domestic regulatory oversight. Malaysian players access and use the Platform under their own legal determination and risk.

plea8 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on the Platform. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via Platform notifications or email where applicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through our support channel.
